His parents, Cees Cornelieus and Madison Elizabeth took 10 months in 2016 to travel to all of the National Parks as a way to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service. Thousands of followers have joined the journey, via the picturesque posts on Instagram showing Vladimir enjoying each leg of the trip.

Saguaro NP 46/59 🌵Fact: Saguaro can grow to be between 40-60 feet tall, weigh between 3200-4800 lbs and live to be 200 years old! 💥Mind blown. We loved getting to walk amongst these prickly giants and impersonate them every chance we got… it was funny every time, trust us. Thanks AZ for having rad deserts, and thanks to our trip route that we are here in the winter and not the summer 🙏🏼 ps wanted to hunt birds during this pic 🙄 so he had to be restrained haha.

The couple has a family website, Our Vie, and said that Vladimir is a special soul who redefines the term adventure cat. Vladimir loves the great outdoors and delights in traveling with his family, which now includes a baby son the couple welcomed earlier this year.

The trek included biking, hiking and kayaking, all in their adorable red RV. Vladimir was fearless as he conquered glaciers and mountain peaks, often on his parents’ shoulders so he could be right in the mix. They were able to visit all 59 of the nation’s parks, and though they are now living a more ‘normal’ life, they love living life on the go so much they’ve decided to continue hitting the road!
