Beef and Banana Bars Dog Treat Recipe

Makes 12 bars

Ingredients:

1⁄2 cup ground beef, uncooked

1 ripe banana, mashed

2 cups rolled oats

1⁄2 cup cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup water

2 eggs

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Make sure that your 9” baking pan (I used a square pan) is coated with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add water and oats. Stir thoroughly and leave oats to soak for 15 minutes.
  3. Add in all the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly to form a thick batter.
  4. Pour batter into the baking pan and smooth out evenly.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until slightly crispy on the top.
  6. Cool and slice into individual bars before serving.
  7. Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
