Adoptable Dog of the Week-Gypsy

This sweet little pooch is ready to be the center of someone’s universe! Our Adoptable Dog of the Week is Gypsy, a 2.5 years old Pitbull mix from Versailles, Kentucky. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and microchipped. Gypsy would do best as an only dog in the household- no other pets or children in the family.

Are you looking for a loyal companion? Someone to shower you with love, amuse you with her antics, and brighten your every day with her cheerful character? Then Gypsy is your gal. This bright and bubbly pooch is friendly and affectionate and will love to spend time by your side. She won’t hesitate to show her feelings so expect puppy smooches and belly rub demands from the get-go. Gypsy is a people pleaser, and as such, she’s great at training: she’d love being paired with someone that could help her learn some new tricks as she’s eager to figure it all out!

Gypsy is a playful, active dog and would do best in a family that shares her energy level. This means regular walks and adventures in the outdoors, as well as a lot of playtime. Fetch is her absolute fave, so if you have a big fenced backyard where you could safely play with her, all the better! Gypsy is one of those pooches that need to be the only baby in the family as she’ll want to be the center of your attention. This means that it’s best for her to go to a home without other pets in it, cats or dogs, as well as an adult-only family.

If you’re ready for a fur baby of your own and Gypsy has stolen your heart, contact Woodford Humane Society to learn more about her and the adoption process.
