New Regulation Bans Ear and Tail Docking in Quebec
The regulation has been in the works for years, with examples such as the veterinarian board banning its members if they should perform docking or cropping, but it hasn’t been officially prohibited. Now, however, the Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food has made it formal.
