This little cutie pie is ready to give his heart to a special someone! Our Adoptable Dog of the week is Bear, a 4-year-old Terrier mix from, Charleston West Virginia. Bear is neutered, house-trained, and up to date on his vaccinations. A friendly and adaptable guy, Bear gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids.

Bear’s Tale

Do you know those happy-go-lucky dogs that seem to always wag their tail, no matter the circumstances? Well, Bear is one of those adorable sweethearts. He is a confident, friendly dog that’s always cheerful and up for snuggles or playing. Like most dogs, Bear is also a big fan of treats, belly rubs, and hoomans willing to play with him. So if you happen to provide all of that, you’re in luck, because Bear will think you’re the bee’s knees!

Previously, Bear had a chance to live with kids in the family, as well as four-legged roommates- both cats and dogs. He’s friendly, adaptable, and gets along with everyone who’s nice and friendly as he is. Bear is really an ideal family pet as he could fit in with any household with ease. To boot, he is also housetrained, so you won’t have to go through the ordeal of teaching him basic manners- he already knows how to be a good boy.

Bear is a loving cuddle bug that only wants a family of his own. If you think that this cutie pie would fit right in with your family, contact Stepping Stones Canine Fosters for more information on how you can adopt him.

A proud mama to seven dogs and ten cats, Angela spends her days writing for her fellow pet parents and pampering her furballs, all of whom are rescues. When she's not gushing over her adorable cats or playing with her dogs, she can be found curled up with a good fantasy book.
