Bouncy, vivacious, and with a happy-go-lucky attitude that’s absolutely contagious, this pretty pooch is going to brighten someone’s life! Our Adoptable Dog of the Week is Bindi, an approximately 2 years old mixed breed dog from Shelburne, Vermont. She is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Bindi is a sweet pooch and gets along with other dogs that share her energy levels, but hasn’t been tested around cats. She needs to be in an adult-only home, as her size (she weighs 53 pounds) and energy levels don’t mix well with young kids.

Bindi’s Tale

Looking at Bindi and her positive attitude, you’d never guess she came from an abusive background – she was kept tied outdoors, with no food, water, or shelter. Still, it didn’t affect her personality in the slightest as she’s as sweet and as loving as they come! She loves spending time around her humans and loves playtime, whether it’s with her people involved or her chew toys, which she adores. She would thrive with owners that could spend a lot of time with her, and in a rural setting where she could run around and play to her heart’s desire. Bindi is well-mannered and will let you know when she needs to go potty, and she’s also crate trained.

Bindi is a very social dog that loves people and other dogs, but not all dogs like her as she can be a bit overwhelming with her energy levels and playfulness – it would be best if she goes to a home as an only pet or with a dog that is playful and would love a partner in crime.

If you’d love to be Bindi’s companion in life’s adventures and have a bubbly, positive pooch by your side, contact Passion 4 Paws to learn more about her and the adoption process.

A proud mama to seven dogs and ten cats, Angela spends her days writing for her fellow pet parents and pampering her furballs, all of whom are rescues. When she's not gushing over her adorable cats or playing with her dogs, she can be found curled up with a good fantasy book.
