An adorable furry goofball, Adoptable Dog of the Week Bowie can’t wait to cuddle with his new family. He’s a 2-year-old Black Labrador Retriever mix from Lake Odessa, Michigan. Bowie is already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Bowie’s Story:

Bowie is an adorable 2-year-old Black Lab Mix. He was a stray out running the roads. He loves to play, and loves to have his ears scratched. He likes tennis balls, and plush squeaky toys. He likes them so much he may not want to give them up. Bowie has enthusiasm in everything, and picks up on commands fast. He will need an active family with older kids to enjoy his enthusiasm. He needs some work on his commands, but he knows sit and down so far. A patient and loving owner would be best to bring out all the best in him. He would love an active family, and lots of evening walks together. A large yard would be great as well.
