Adoptable Dog Of The Week – Honey

by Amy Tokic

Just as sweet as her name, Honey is our Adoptable Dog of the Week. A purebred White German Shepherd, she’s a 10 year old who resides in Hookset, New Hampshire. Honey is already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Honey’s Story:

My name is Honey and I am a loving, low-energy, 10-year-old spayed female weighing in at 91 lbs. I am housebroken and do not need to be crated, ever.

I am about the sweetest gal you will ever meet. I adore my people and actually love kitties as well. But other dogs, not so much! In fact, I have no desire to mingle with other dogs at all, so I need to be an only dog. But please, give me a kitty or even two! I also love my stuffed toys, and I don’t even eat them!

I am a perfect co-pilot in the car and will happily go anywhere you want to go. I love long evening strolls. A fenced yard where I can enjoy the sunshine would be ideal for me. I do have some food allergies, but they are manageable.

My dream home would be with a family who is home more than not. I just love being with my people. If you’re looking for a loving, low-energy, snuggly, companion, I’m your girl!
