SuperZoo is full of products that’ll make natural-minded pet parents go gaga, and a new line from partners Mary’s Nutritionals & Elite Botanicals will be no exception.

Over the years, we’ve seen a big trend at pet product trade shows: the growth of the natural/holistic pet product lines. Mary’s Nutritionals is one such company, based in Colorado, and they’ve been partners with Elite Botanicals for a long while. Now, they’ve launched Mary’s WHole Pet, a farm-to-table manufacturing organization that produces superior-quality hemp-derived CBD products for pets.

The products will be available nationwide, and will include regular strength (300mg CBD) and Extra Strength (900mg CBDS) tinctures. As well, they’re planning to release a patented transdermal gel pen, capsules and a moisturizing balm that will provide pets natural, holistic relief and health benefits.

The cultivars are grown on Elite Botanicals’s family farm in Colorado and are cannabinoid-rich hemp. They are 100% organically grown and used to produce the entire Mary’s Whole Pet product line and are in full compliance with the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s industrial hemp program.

Mary’s Whole Pet products are infused with full-spectrum hemp oil that goes through an extensive purification process involving several filtration processes and is fractionally distilled to make sure your pet gets the most potent and pure product.

David Bonvillain is the founder of Elite Botanicals and says that Mary’s Whole Pet products also offer Omega 3 and 6 from purified hemp seed oil, and will treat your pet’s health from the inside out. The CBD-based industry is ever-growing and there are more and more preclinical trials and anecdotal pieces of evidence that show promise in hemp oil or extract in treating not only pets but humans as well. More and more users find it a natural treatment for many health issues, including inflammation, anxiety, muscle pain and behavior issues.

Lynn Hondered is the CEO of Mary’s Nutritionals and now Mary’s Whole Pet and says that the joint mission between Mary’s and Elite Botanicals is to use all-natural and plant-based formulations in products to nurture and enrich animal health. The line offers holistic alternatives to common pharmaceutical treatments for our furry family members. All batches of Mary’s Whole Pet products have third-party laboratory evaluation and in the name of transparency, test results that are related to potency, mold and residual solvents are available by request and online.

This transparency is important as not all CBD-based products are created equally. Mary’s being the developer and first distributor of the award-winning transdermal patch means they’re setting the standards for evidence-based pain management in pets. For many of us looking to give our pets the best care we can when they need it the most, this is a breakthrough we are excited about!
