Mr. Walker is a friendly yellow labrador retriever who always has that goofy golden lab smile on his face. Makes him the perfect welcoming mug guests at the ritzy hotel see upon arrival.

His official duties are to greet guests in the lobby, but he also is expected to attend client meetings, and can even be walked around the hotel’s gardens by hotel guests in the mornings. The Park Hyatt Chicago has a canine concierge as well, an adorable little Pug named Parker. Parker welcomed Mr. Walker to the concierge family in a lovely social media post, and we guess when Mr. Walker is done napping in his custom-made Tasmanian Oak bed, he’ll send a response!

Mr. Walker uses his ambassadorship to advocate for Guide Dogs Victoria, where he originally received his guide dog training, and gives an overall air of sophistication to the hotel lobby. I mean, what says, “Classy,” than a smartly dressed golden dog, we ask you? Not much!
